ConverSyncPro: WhatsApp Business without the developer
ConverSyncPro is our own WhatsApp Business platform. It gives small and mid-sized businesses the official WhatsApp API, campaigns, a shared team inbox, and automation, without hiring a developer to deal with Meta.

The problem
The official WhatsApp Business API is powerful and unfriendly. Template approvals, messaging tiers, quality ratings, webhooks: enterprises put developers on it, and small businesses give up and run their customer messaging from one phone.
What we built
- Campaigns and broadcasts using Meta-approved message templates
- A shared inbox so a whole team can answer one WhatsApp number
- Automation workflows and WhatsApp Flows for common journeys like ordering and follow-ups
- Contacts, groups, and segments for targeting without exporting spreadsheets
- Delivery, read, and failure reporting per campaign and per workspace
- Template approval status, messaging limits, and Meta quality ratings surfaced in the dashboard
- Webhooks and API keys so the platform plugs into whatever a business already runs
What changed
Small teams run compliant WhatsApp campaigns and support conversations from one dashboard. Meta's template rules, rate limits, and quality scores are handled by the product, not learned by the owner.
